Sarah & Ryan met Spring 2021 after competing in "Friday Night Lights" CrossFit Open. Ryan was a longstanding member of the gym and Sarah had just joined, but as the "social butterfly" of the two, Sarah naturally invited Ryan for recovery drinks at the local bar. On September 2nd, 2023, Ryan successfully surprised Sarah by proposing at the Seger Family lake house in Maine. Sarah, of course, said YES! :)
